Export rules apply. Some items, especially electronics and automation parts, are controlled under US export regulations. They may need a license, or can’t be shipped to certain countries. We check before we quote.

We contact US suppliers and send a written quote: part price, lead time, freight options and our fee.

You approve and pay
Nothing is ordered until you approve the quote in writing. Payment terms are confirmed on every quote.

We buy and track
We place the order, check the confirmation against your spec and follow up until it’s ready to ship.

Export and delivery
A licensed freight forwarder (or an express courier for small parts) handles export shipping and documents. You get tracking and all the paperwork.

A commission on the order value, agreed in writing before you order. Larger orders get a lower percentage.
Freight and duties, itemized
Freight is quoted by the forwarder. Import duties and taxes in your country are paid by you; we flag what to expect where we can.

- Source from manufacturers and authorized distributors, and tell you exactly where each part comes from.
- Tell you up front if only an equivalent part is available, and order it only with your written OK.
- Put every price, fee and term in writing before you pay.
- Follow US export and sanctions rules on every order.
We won’t
- Sell copies or gray-market parts as genuine.
- Hide a markup inside the supplier’s price.
- Act as a customs broker or freight forwarder. Licensed partners do that work.
- Ship to embargoed destinations or restricted parties.

Who do you work with?
Factories, maintenance and engineering teams, procurement departments and importers outside the United States who need parts from US suppliers.
Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum. We quote single parts as well as full lists. On very small orders, shipping can cost more than the part, and we’ll tell you that before you commit.
Are the parts genuine?
We buy from the original manufacturer or its authorized distributors wherever possible, and the quote tells you which. If only an equivalent part is available, we say so clearly and wait for your approval.
How quickly will I get a quote?
We aim to reply within two business days. Hard-to-find or discontinued parts can take longer; we’ll keep you posted.
